Leather Jackets Direct is a renowned clothing brand with having presence in US, UK, South Africa and Pakistan. Initiated by a small team in 1986 and currently has more than 1000 dedicated staff members that focus on delivering quality outfits all around the world without breaking the bank!
Free Delivery:
Leather Jackets Direct offers free delivery to UK and Worldwide on all items regardless of the size of the order. Excluded countries: (Israel and OFAC sanctioned countries)
Delivery Times:
Delivery takes between 7 and 20 Days from the time you place the order.
Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a courier tracking number, so you can track your order.

Fast Delivery (Guaranteed 7 days delivery):
Due to a large amount of orders we already have in process, we are currently not accepting any orders on fast/express delivery. We apologize for this, and will resume express delivery as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchange:
Customer satisfaction is number 1 on the list of our priorities, as your confidence is what has made us so successful. Therefore we take customer complaints and suggestions very seriously.
In the case of size or color difference, of the order you requested, it is important to provide images of the jacket by wearing it and send it to us via email at info@leathersea.com within three days to avail return and exchange (Conditions Apply).
Faulty/Damaged Product:
Although at every step of manufacturing and at the time of packing we ensure that the item you receive is completely free of any defects. If however, by any chance, you receive an item that is faulty. You can email us the pictures at info@leathersea.com and we will advise you on how to return the item. We will provide you with a return address within UK if you are ordering from UK, or an international address will be specified, depending on your country.
You can ask for a full refund/ partial refund/ or exchange on faulty or damaged items.
Kindly note that all damages and defects must be notified within 3 working days from delivery. After which no complaints will be facilitated.
Please note all the items are handmade and are made to order customized only for the customers. If you change your mind 3 days after placing order or after receiving your order you will be required to pay restocking charges.
Sizing issues.
We strongly recommend that you take a look at the size charge provided on our website to check which size suits you.
If you are confused, you can email us with your measurements, and we will be happy to guide you further.
Additionally you can order custom made jackets that will be tailored to your fit.
You can request a change in size within 24 hours from the time you have placed your order.
As all of our products are made exactly as per the size chart on our website. We will charge a restocking charge of 35% on the value of the item order in an event of wrong size selected by the customer.
Therefore we recommend you have a look at the size chart on our website, and be satisfied before you place the order with us.
We will not accept any returns or exchange if a customer has order 2 items of the same style at the same time.
Sizing issues must be notified within 3 days from delivery.
Please note that Custom (Made to measure) items, Non-Refundable.
Exchange:
If you choose the exchange an item, there will be a restocking charge of 35% on the total value of the item bought. You can then pay the difference and order another item, or you can order the item falling within the remaining balance.
Exchange must be requested within 3 days from delivery.
Please do not send the items back without notifying us, as your parcel may be lost, or become difficult for us to track.
Additional Points:
Customers are liable to pay for the return shipping charges.
Color of the product may appear slightly different to some people due to difference in their screen resolution.
Only genuine reason is acceptable for return of the jacket.
Please note that returned items need to be unused, in original factory condition/packaging they were sent in, with all tags and labels attached.
If customer returns the item in damaged condition, no refunds will be made.
If a customer wants to cancel his/her order cancel it within 24 hours after the time 35% will be deducted from refund amount.
